Obturated heavily decayed upper molar in simulation lab...
Comments: My FIRST 3-rooted RCT with Rotary. During Obturation, I used Rotary ProTaper Next X1, X2 and X3.
The tooth was heavily decayed and previously had a large restoration, therefore weakened tooth structure and caused fracture. The canal was filled with sealer, cotton rolls and temporarised with Cavit and GIC (Fuji IX)
